WE ARE YOUR BRIDGE BETWEEN ARIZONA AND JAPAN

 

We are pleased to introduce the Japanese Film Festival of Arizona! 

 

We are delighted to announce the Japanese Film Festival of Arizona, dedicated to promoting Japanese culture and filmmaking globally. 

Our mission is to bridge the gap between Arizona and Japan by showcasing the best selection of Japanese cinema to Arizona audiences. By showing Japanese films, we aim to increase awareness of Japanese filmmakers and strengthen the ties between Arizona and Japan. This will help deepen our understanding of both cultures and bring happiness to our audiences. 

 

All films participating in the festival will have a unique opportunity to showcase their work to Arizona audiences and gain media attention. 

The festival is organized by the Japanese Culture Club of Arizona (JCCA), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, with support from BOOKOFF USA, JBAA (Japanese Business Association of Arizona), the Consul General of Japan in Los Angeles, Japan Foundation and Japanese Culture Club of Arizona.

The Japanese Film Festival of Arizona 2024 is open to films made after 2018. All films must be in English or Japanese, with subtitles. Japanese-language films must be subtitled in English, and English-language films must be subtitled in Japanese. We welcome films of all lengths and genres. If you are a filmmaker interested in distributing your films, please contact the Japanese Culture Club of Arizona at the above address.
